The Power of a Home Staging Consultation
Savvy realtors know the value that Home Staging brings to the table! That’s one of the reasons why many of them include a home staging consultation as part of their selling strategy.
Erica Harms with Threshold Realty knows that two things sell a home. One is Price and the other one is Presentation. As a Top Real Estate agent, Erica provides to her clients her expert advice on what price the house should be listed for. Then, Erica leaves the presentation to us, the Home Staging Experts. We bring our staging expertise to help the home owners prepare the house to create a great first impression that will immediately draw buyers. We have been part of Erica’s Real Estate Success for over 2 years and we have seen many of her clients succeed in the selling of their house. This combination of Price and Presentation has helped many home owners achieve their goals and move into the next chapter in their life.
Today, we want to share with you the story of Dusting and his wife.
We were honored to provide a Home Staging Consultation for the Cody’s. We addressed the presentation of the home for the Houston Real Estate Market and provided a thorough report that included repairs, updates and furniture lay out. Just like many of the sellers that we work with, they followed all of our suggestions.
As you can see, the house looked amazing and it received 11 offers within two days of being listed. The house SOLD and they were very happy with the results. A win win situation for everybody; the home owners, Erica – the realtor and us- the stagers. Click on the video below to see what Erica’s clients said about their experience.
